About Free Frame

Isadora® is the first commercial Macintosh software to support FreeFrame, an evolving open-source standard for video processing plugins. Below you will find links to both commercially available FreeFrame plugins and free, as well as some open-source plugins.

Free/Open-Source FreeFrame Plugins

Isadora® is the first commercial Macintosh software to support FreeFrame, an evolving open-source standard for video processing plugins. We have updated Pete Warden's FreeFrame plugins to compile in Project Builder under OS X so that these plugins can be used in Isadora. A list of the plugins included in this distribution is given below

You can download either the compiled plugins or the entire source code distribution below.

NOTE: These plugins are free, open source software, and as such, are unsupported by TroikaTronix. We make no guarantees about the quality or usability of these plugins.

Commercial FreeFrame Plugins

You can find an interesting selection of commercial FreeFrame plugins from the following vendors.
