Register Isadora^®

Required Information

The information required to register Isadora is sent to you via email after you purchase a license. You will need this information.

• User Name (e.g., Marky Mark)
• Serial Number (e.g., ISM-99999)
• Password (e.g., video-phone)

We highly recommend that you print this email and keep it in a safe place. You may need it urgently if your computer has a crash or some other problem!

Registration Procedure

If the computer you wish to register can go online, then you can follow the standard registration procedure below.

Standard Registration Procedure

You will need the User Name, Password, and Serial Number to register your copy of Isadora. You may want to keep this email handy, as it may be easier to copy and paste the data than to type it all in. Or you may want to print it out.

Follow these steps to register your copy of Isadora:

1. Run your copy of Isadora by double-clicking its icon.
2. Choose Edit > Register. The dialog box shown below will appear:

3. Enter the User Name, Password, and Serial Number, exactly as you received it in the email from TroikaTronix. (Capitalization counts!) Note that you only need to enter the five numbers in the serial number, not the three letter prefix.
4. Click the Generate Registration Code via Web Page button
   Your browser will automatically open and generate a new registration code. The code will appear near the bottom of the page:

5. Using the mouse, select the Registration code and choose Edit > Copy.
6. Go back to Isadora, and paste the code into the field at the bottom of the Registration dialog, either by pressing Command-V (Macintosh) or Control-V (Windows), or by clicking the Paste button.

7. After you have correctly entered the registration code, the Register button will become enabled. Click the Register button and your copy of Isadora will be registered.

Offline Registration for Macintosh

1. On the Macintosh computer you wish to register, run Isadora and choose Edit > Register.
2. After agreeing to the License Agreement, you will be presented with the Registration Dialog. Write down the 8 character Machine ID shown in this dialog; you will need this information to complete the form below.
3. Enter your Serial Number (numbers only!), User Name, Password in the fields on the form below, exactly as they appear in the registration email sent after you purchased the program. Capitalization is important! (You may want to copy and paste these three pieces of information from the email to prevent mistakes.) Finally, enter the Machine ID that you wrote down from the Registration Dialog of the other computer.
4. Hit the Generate Macintosh Registration Code button below. Your new registration code will appear on the page that appears after you press this button. Carefully copy and paste this code into a text document, and save it on a USB Memory Stick or some other device that will allow you to transfer the formation to the computer you wish to register.
5. Go back to the computer you wish to register. Open the text document with the registration code you just generated, and copy it.
6. You may then complete the registration process by continuing from Step 6 in the procedure above.

Offline Registration for Windows

1. On the Windows computer you wish to register, run Isadora and choose Edit > Register.
2. After agreeing to the License Agreement, you will be presented with the Registration Dialog. Write down the 8 character Machine ID shown in this dialog; you will need this information to complete the form below.
3. Enter your Serial Number (numbers only!), User Name, Password in the fields on the form below, exactly as they appear in the registration email sent after you purchased the program. Capitalization is important! (You may want to copy and paste these three pieces of information from the email to prevent mistakes.) Finally, enter the Machine ID that you wrote down from the Registration Dialog of the other computer.
